How to request deletion

If you want us to delete data we have stored to run your Instagram feed or other Meta integrations, follow the steps below.

Steps to delete your data

1. Send an email to support@databank.no.

   Use the subject "Delete my data" and include your name, company, and the Instagram handle or app you connected.

2. Specify what should be deleted.

   Ask us to delete data related to the Instagram/Meta integration. We typically only store access tokens and the contact details you provided.

3. We confirm and delete.

   We will confirm receipt, remove active data within 7 days, and delete related backups within 30 days where technically possible.

What this covers

Deletion stops the Instagram feed or other connected services until you reconnect. We do not store your Instagram posts or messages, only the access credentials and contact information needed to run the integration.
